Refund policy

RETURNS
Due to being a small family-owned business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for 'change of minds' purchases. However, if your order arrives faulty, we will happy provide an exchange or refund.

Faulty – Notification must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order. Postage at Born & Bloom’s expense. The refund will be made within 7 days of product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.

During holiday periods, notification must be made within 14 days after order is delivered.

REFUNDS
Depending on your bank or card issuer the refund may take up to 10 working days to reach your account. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

If you still haven’t received the money into your account 10 business days after receiving a refund confirmation email from us, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
